Can clients pick up and return rentals themselves?

Like treasured family favorites. Each piece is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective cling, and placed in secure dish racks or milk crates — thoughtfully packaged to arrive safe, and to be returned with care.s.

How are items prepared for transport?

Great question! We prepare our rentals for transport similar to caterers. Each item will come clean and wrapped in cling wrap. (BEWARE it does take time to unpack the items!) Items are then packaged in dish racks or milk crates for easier transportation.

What happens if something gets broken or damaged?
